Sgt. Mark Langager of the Outlook RCMP says police are investigating a local case involving animal cruelty that took place this past weekend, and they're looking for the public's assistance in any way to aid them in their investigation.
On the early morning hours of September 2, suspects went onto the school grounds of LCBI and dumped an injured and dying animal, along with a written note attached to it.
