PHOTOS: Outlook Kinsmen Club Flag Raising Ceremony
On Thursday morning, February 20, members of the Outlook Kinsmen Club gathered with council and staff from the Town of Outlook at the town offices building to perform a special flag raising ceremony at sunrise as part of Kin Canada Week. The event helped mark a special day in the long-standing history of Kin Canada, which is celebrating 100 years of service to communities across Canada.
