Police investigating damage to Conquest rink

The Outlook RCMP is currently investigating an incident involving damage to the rink in the village of Conquest that police say occurred sometime in the middle of last week.

At some point between July 7 and July 9, Sgt. Mark Langager of the Outlook RCMP says one or more persons caused exterior damage to the long-standing community arena.  The perpetrator(s) went around the entire outside of the building putting dents into the metal siding with an ice scraper and causing thousands of dollars worth of damage, according to police.
